In "Google Bomb" I call for changes to Section 230 immunity so that web sites have the ability to self police. Right now, as the law stands, their hands are tied. And Dozier Internet Law continues to fight the many unnecessary battles over online attacks in great part because Congress passed a law that at the time made sense, but today is grossly outdated.
We need change. Now.
